Spooky season is almost here! In celebration of Halloween, students will create a pinched, hollow pumpkin and carve out a jack-o-lantern face.
Students will have the opportunity to decorate the pumpkin as they see fit and paint it with colored clay (called slip). The dried pieces will be fired and given a coat of clear glaze.
The finished pieces can be picked up four weeks after the workshop date. Pieces will be intended to have a tea candle placed in the center to complete the spooky look.
All materials included, and the workshop is encouraged for ages 13 and older. No experience is needed.
Cost is $125 including all materials.
